Add Job Title#671

Should allow us to add job title on Payslips.

You can do this for extra hours and it is shjown on the payslip but the role for ordinary hours is not. This would be useful for staff to know (As we have multiple award rates depending upon experience and qualkification) what their ordiantay hours as are being paid as.
