Export/download Payrun in CSV, XML format. Add ID to Employees#65

O

It would be helpful to have a function to download a CSV or XML file of the payrun to be uploaded in our report to keep a record in customized financial system.

Also would be good to have the ability to set an ID (Add custom ID) to employees to identify them

Yes, it would be very helpful if we could download or export monthly, quarterly, yearly reports into CSV or XML.

I also agree with this. It would be very helpful if we are able to download or export monthly, quarterly, yearly reports into CSV (Excel). Please try to incorporate this feature. Thanks

The current inability to export all info to spreadsheet (Google Sheets, CSV, etc) is about the only reason I am not currently able to advise my clients to use the system. Sure, having Xero integration is a good idea - but the spreadsheet export is actually more useful as that can be used to import into Xero and other packages, as well as provide a means for analysing payroll data.

It would be good if the ID is added taht the payroll could be sorted by the staff ID number ratehr than alphabetically on first name.

I agree - it would be good to export payruns for a selected start and end date. Breakdown also includes super guaranteed, employer extra, salary sacrifice, and voluntary contribution.

I agree. And to completely simplify this request, a raw data dump would be a great first step…nothing fancy. I’m guessing we’re all very capable at then manipulating the datadump to our individual needs.

Yes, please!! It’s very neccesary, reports are useless if they can’t be downloaded. A simple CSV, or better yet, excel format export would be a great improvement and would make it an universal app for everybody.
