To prove you have sent a payslip by email, could you make the blue arrow change to green?
Yes. Will avoid not sending or duplicating.
There certainly is a need for confirmation that emails have been sent. Maybe drop an email to the payroller username??
Have anotehr program which does invoicing and it saves a pdf of the document to a folder with client name and date gerenated, is this an option here?
Yes Please- not having confirmation is frustrating. If I get a request from an employee for a payslip, I have assumed they all did not get sent then I have complaints of duplication from others. I need to know if the payslip request is likely to be all or just one.
This is a serious limitation that there is no way to say if the payslips been sent or not. Taking this in consideration will be highly appreciated by all users. thanks
it will be very good if there is a column to indicate that payslips have been sent on the screen where it shows STP Status
I asked for this 10 months ago and the need is still there to confirm that the email has been sent in some way. I still think that a simple confirmation email to the payroll username would be the best formal way to do this but other suggestions are worth adding as well.
I have also asked this months ago. A suggestion to the developers of payroller… as Christmasmagic had mentioned, when payroll emails are sent to the employees, generate an email to the payroll username listing the employees whose payslips have been sent.
yes, this would be super handy - it’s pretty un-nerving not being sure if it’s sent (and unprofessional to have to ask the employees if they have received!)
Still no response from Payroller in 2 years!!!
