Each time that I have done the pays I have not been able to see if the payslips have been mailed out or not. On one occasion, even though I had clicked the button to do so our employees called back to say they had received theri pays but not their slips.

It is necessary to make contact with an employee to verify if the slips have been mailed out. This is inconvenient to the employee.
