Fair Work Australia requires every employee’s payslip to show the award they are being paid under and the level they are paid within the award. If we could customise payslips to show this please.
This is very important as it’s a legal requirement
how can you show an employee has taken annual leave if permitted prior to actual accrual on payslip?
As well as the award being shown we need to be able to select if there is a different tax table for that award (eg tax tables for people employed in the horticultural industry).
Hi Everyone, we are currently reviewing feature requests for our Payroller product and just wanted to clarify the feature for customisable payslips. So the feature being requested is the ability to add awards, the level they are paid and different tax tables according to the award?
According to the Fairwork website https://www.fairwork.gov.au/pay/pay-slips-and-record-keeping/pay-slips and payslip templates, awards are not specified as a legal requirement to be on payslips.
Is there also a way to include on the payslips the name and member details of the superannuation fund for each employee. I believe this is a tax requirement from the ATO
It is a legal fairwork requirement that the employee status be included on the payslip - ie Full Time, Part Time, Casual - this is currently not on the payslips in Payroller - are we able to have this rectified?
Job title should also be displayed on the payslips
how about the ABN on payslips…app only atm?
One company but having different offices around the country. Please remove company address.
Can we add staff position on payslips please
Casual staff is referencing FW compliance to indicate the casual loading payment on payslip. Using the link provided above, I found this explanation as to “what has to be on a payslip”:
“any loadings (including casual loading), allowances, bonuses, incentive-based payments, penalty rates or other paid entitlements that can be separated out from an employee’s ordinary hourly rate. For example, a note could be included on a pay slip that the hourly rate incorporates the relevant casual loading.”
While the wording is “that can be separated” is not definitive as an obligation, can the payslip at least include a note as suggested in the example ie. “hourly rate includes casual loading” or something to that effect? At present, the payslip has hourly rate and then immediate underneath it states “casual loading” and staff are expecting a figure.
please add staff’s job title on the payslip

Plesae provide 3 or 4 different LAYOUTS for Payslips, so that we can choose that best meets the requirement.
My boss has an agreement that gives 5 weeks leave per year (instead of overtime). Please let 4 weeks be default, but allow a different number to be entered if required.
