Multiple payroll runs#1354

For employees who are paid the same amount each pay period (e.g.fortnightly for 12 months), the ability to make multiple (e.g. 26) payments of the same amounts at the start of each year would be very useful. There would need to be an ability to change or stop future payments witin the period.
